TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

3.1 To ensure the safe and timely delivery of Products to you, we work with trusted third-party logistics service providers ("Logistics Partners"). At the moment a Product is processed and successfully turned over to a Logistics Partner, we will send the information of the Logistics Partner who will be responsible for handling the shipment and delivery of such Product(s). Products ordered on GROWBIG SUPERMARTS LIMITED are typically sent out within 5 to 7 businessdays (depending on location). In any instance, the User will be informed of the expected delivery date for the Product they have ordered from GROWBIG SUPERMARTS LIMITED art. At the moment we confirm your purchase, you'll get a confirmation page that includes an expected delivery date. We will also notify you via the e-mail address and/or cellphone number you have provided/registered with us as soon as your items have been sent. You acknowledge that we may, at our sole discretion, ship and deliver Products to Users without using any Logistics Partners or other third-party service providers, even if we normally do so via these partners. You acknowledge and accept that although we make every effort to ship and deliver our Products across India, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to identify some locations as being inaccessible at any given moment. In the event that you are placing an order from an unserviceable region, we or our Logistics Partners may be unable to fulfil it. If a user attempts to place an order for Products on the Website from a location that we have determined to be unserviceable, we will inform them at the time of order placement. You may also use GROWBIG SUPERMARTS LIMITED to see whether we don't deliver to a certain location by entering the local PIN code.

3.2 You understand and agree that we may ask for or collect information that helps us deliver the Products you've ordered to you, like your name, shipping address, billing address, location, contact details, etc. All information you provide to us on the Website must be correct, up-to-date, and adequate for us to determine the correct destination for delivery. 3.3 We will make every effort to ship your ordered Product to the address you provide within the delivery window you've been given. No more than three (3) efforts will be made by our Logistics Partners to deliver the bought Product(s) to you if you are not present to accept delivery. We retain the right to cancel the order of the acquired Products at our sole discretion if the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to be unreachable. If you cancel your order and get a refund, we retain the right to withhold the cost of shipping and handling from your total refund amount.

3.4. While we will make every effort to deliver the Products you've ordered on time and within the estimated delivery window, you understand and agree that there may be delays in delivery due to the following circumstances beyond our control:

3.5 If there is a significant delay, we will try to contact you via the most convenient means, which may include email and/or text messages. We will not be held responsible for any damages that may result from a delay in the delivery of the Products that you have ordered. In addition, if there is a delay in shipping, delivery, or usage of the acquired Products, you will not be entitled to any compensation.

3.6 We expect our Logistics Partners, employees, and agents to uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity and to conduct themselves in a way that demonstrates a high level of professionalism, expertise, and good manners. You understand and accept that we cannot regulate the behavior of delivery personnel and that it is impossible for us to keep tabs on each delivery executive. We are only acting as a facilitator, so if there is any deficiency in service, wrong delivery of Product, time taken to deliver the Product, tampering with the Product package, misconduct, etc., on the part of our delivery agents, employees, or personnel or the Logistics Partners or their employees, agents, personnel, we will not be held responsible. Any rudeness, inconsiderateness, or offensiveness on the part of our delivery executives or the employees, agents, or personnel of the Logistics Partners is entirely outside of our control, and you will need to work out any problems that may arise between you and them on your own. You understand and agree that we are not obligated to act as a mediator or arbitrator in any disagreements that may arise between you and the delivery people delivering the Products.

3.7 After an order is placed on GROWBIG SUPERMARTS LIMITED, we send the product to our Logistics Partner for delivery. Whenever a User makes a purchase, after the Product is transferred to the Logistics Partner, the User will be given a unique tracking identification number. The User may see the shipment's current position and expected arrival date using the tracking identification number on the Website or the Logistics Partner's website and/or mobile application. We will make every effort to get the Products delivered to you as soon as possible, and our operations and support teams will work with the Logistics Partners to update the tracking status of the Products you've ordered in real-time. The status may be subject to inconsistencies due to time lags in updating the information and/or other technical difficulties which are beyond our control; it is clarified that we engage third-party service providers to effectuate deliveries of the Products, and as such, we do not guarantee the accuracy or correctness of the tracking status.

3.8 We may, at our discretion, choose to charge or collect shipping costs for Products. Shipping costs may change depending on many factors, including but not limited to Product value, Product category, delivery location, method of payment, etc. If we charged you shipping costs to send you the Product you ordered, we will not reimburse you for those costs if you decide to return the Product to us. We reserve the right to make an exception and provide a shipping refund in the case that a defective, damaged, deficient, or inaccurate Product has been delivered (for reasons attributable to and acknowledged by us after proper verification in our sole discretion). Upon your receipt of the Products you ordered, title and risk of loss or damage to the Products transfer to you. Logistics Partners are authorized to collect cash on our behalf for 'cash on delivery' orders and shall be subject to the Fees and Payment Policy.

3.9 Our reverse logistics Partners are here to help you when you need to return a product you've bought. Our reverse logistics Partners will get in contact with you after we've received your request to return a product bought from GROWBIG SUPERMARTS LIMITED and have acknowledged it.
